What is the free application process?

When you choose to fill out the Holding Space Practice application, we will get to learn about you. And you will get to know yourself better.

You will take a few minutes to explore what your goals and challenges are; what you have done in the past to move toward things you want; and what may be next steps to move toward your future desires.

Answering the questions will help you know yourself better and to lead you toward results you have been looking for like.

This kit can help you begin to see your answers and it's absolutely free. We will even throw in an initial mentor session if you request it.

Answering the questions in the Holding Space Practice Application and Self-discovery Kit helps you to explore if what we offer will help you reach your goals and desires.

DONT STRESS with this! Keep you answers light and brief. You can say “I don’t know” (idk) on anything you choose.

Depending on how detailed you get on your answers, this application could take 10-30 minutes. There is a total of 19 questions.

Because once you work with us, you may decide to continue with our paid year-long program where you will learn to integrate powerful new patterns that will lead to the results you hope for.

Something to know about me, Carol, the founder of Holding Space Practice: I'm a yogini. That means I am a female that studies and practices yoga. I am also a devoted Christian and I find those two identities complimentary. I'm not here to push either of those on people, but those studies and my decision to live according to them influence how I see life and the world.

This video is by a yogi. (A male that studies and practices yoga). I don't know him except via YouTube. He is also a husband, father and nurse. His words and the visuals in this video are, I think, inspiring for anyone who wants to have balance and to grow their peace, contentment and personal freedom.

If you watch this and come away thinking , "Yeah. I agree with what he is talking about. I want more of that feeling of acceptance and contentment in my life." then you are in the right place and should take the step to fill out the application and self-discovery kit. The Holding Space Practice team is here to support people like you!
