Each day in mid-March 2020 brought more and more cancellations of our regularly-scheduled activities.
We don't know how long this will last. I have visions of people either withering or thriving during this shift. I want to help with THRIVING! Instead of seeing this as a disaster, I like to see it as an opportunity!
To that end, I am focusing on helping people develop practices that will serve them during our national quarantine experience and beyond!
If you have never done any yoga or if you have limited range of motion, this series of videos is meant for you.
The most important thing to gain benefits from a yoga practice is to do some consistently 6 days a week. I can be simple. It can be short. To that end, memorizing the series of poses becomes a life-long gift that you give yourself. It may seem too small to make a difference, but you make the world a better place everyday you practice.
Take advantage of this temporary opportunity when BEing more and DOing less can create a permanent and positive shift in your body, mind, heart and life!

If you are like our family, we are a little unsure about our economic situation right now. My husband is in the theater business and all shows have been cancelled this month and beyond.
We often use money (or the lack of it) as our go-to excuse for excluding ourselves from activities or resources that would help us. This "not-enough-mindset" makes us shrink. Trusting in " there is enough for what is important" brings growth and expansion. Money is a tool to help us know what is important to us.
I don't want money to be a stumbling block for you to start a yoga practice. For now, this is a free series. That said, If you find it helpful and you are in a position to pay some, I am open to receiving donations.
Preferred payment method is Venmo (Carol-Webster-KC)
If you don't have a Venmo account yet, it is a great platform. There are no fees, so give yourself a $5 discount if you use this option.
